In this action of contract the plaintiff declared on an account annexed for goods sold and delivered. The disputed items in the account are a balance allegedly due for "skylight material delivered for 46 Vanco Duratite Hip Skylights as per contract 10/18/51 in re Kensington Housing Project" with interest from January 28, 1952, and interest on three other undisputed items.
