At the completion of all the evidence the Trial Court instructed the jury to return a verdict for the defendant; and the correctness of that ruling is the only issue on this appeal. Our rule for testing such a ruling is well established: giving the evidence of the plaintiff its strongest probative force, was a question made for the jury regarding the alleged negligence of the defendant?
