The evidence tends to show that sometime not long prior to January 25, 1956, defendant, as a representative of Weather Insulating Window and Door Company (hereinafter called the "Insulating Co.") approached plaintiff to sell the Insulating Company a carload of lumber upon credit. Plaintiff is a wholesale lumber dealer in Des Moines. The Insulating Co. was a Des Moines concern, conservatively described by its officer as "financially not very heavy....
