This is an action to foreclose a mechanic's lien instituted by S. A. Sorensen Construction Co., a copartnership, plaintiff and appellee and cross-appellant, against Roy F. Broyhill and Arline Broyhill, defendants, and appellants and cross-appellees. By cross-petition filed in the action the defendant Roy F.
