The State appropriated two parcels in fee: (1) a triangular piece adjacent to the Thruway, .08 of an acre in size, and this taking left no right of access across it; and (2) a strip of land abutting and extending along Route 59 for a distance of 268 feet in length and about 12½ feet wide.
