This is a suit for property damage and personal injury damage in amount of $20,000, resulting from the explosion of butane gas in a building owned by plaintiff below, who is plaintiff in error in this Court, which explosion destroyed the building and injured plaintiff.

The parties will be referred to herein as in the Court below — plaintiff and defendant.
