This is a suit in trespass to try title and, in the alternative, for reformation of a deed.

On September 27, 1943, Frost was record owner of the fee-simple title to the land involved. He held the land, however, for the benefit of the General Convention of the New Jerusalem in the United States of America, a corporation.
