This is a boundary line dispute in which the plaintiff-respondent city claims that the improvements of the defendant-appellant, who is owner of Block 5, Kentucky Row, Second Addition to Marshfield, intrude across and south of the north line of Burford Street. The city relies upon two surveys (Rader and Neuhart) which put the north line of the street farther north than it is put by the survey (of Reed) upon which the defendant relies. The contention of...
