This is a petition for certiorari to review and quash the decision of the zoning board of review of the city of Warwick granting the application of Anthony Petracca, Jr. of Providence for an exception or variance to use lots numbered 301 and 302 on assessor's plat No. 367, owned by him in a residence B district on the corner of Oak Tree avenue and Edgewater Drive in Warwick, for the parking of cars and boat trailers of Warwick Boat Club members....
