This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in favor of defendant, respondent here, on his counterclaim for damages for loss of cattle, which cattle, together with their home ranch and certain grazing privileges had been leased by respondent to the appellants. The court below in its findings of fact determined that the loss of the cattle had been due to circumstances beyond the control of the appellants as lessees and was not due to their negligence...
