This matter is before the Court upon, first, an order herein requiring the defendant to show cause, if any there be, why the temporary restraining order heretofore entered herein, pendente lite, enjoining defendant, as Director, from issuing and serving a distraint warrant against the plaintiff or the Estate of one Abe Hackleman should not be continued, and, second, the defendant's Motion to dismiss the above entitled cause.
