PAOLINO, Justice.
This action in assumpsit was brought to recover a broker's commission for procuring a purchaser for the defendant's real estate. After a trial in the superior court a jury rendered a verdict for the plaintiff. Thereafter the trial justice granted the defendant's motion for a new trial. The case is before us on the plaintiff's single exception to such decision.
