In count one of his petition, John Keeshan, plaintiff, appellant, seeks to recover $5,250 alleged to be the reasonable value of his services in procuring a loan for the defendants; in count two of the petition, voluntarily dismissed at the outset of the trial, plaintiff sought recovery of $12,500 as a real estate broker's commission.
