This is an appeal from the district court for Cheyenne County. Therein, on February 3, 1955, Burel Kinney brought suit, consisting of two causes of action against the Grand Island Finance Company. The purpose of the first cause of action, as set forth in plaintiff's amended petition filed on April 2, 1955, on which the action was tried, is to have declared null and void an alleged installment loan in the principal sum of $11,246.40, made by defendant...
