In this action plaintiffs, as beneficiaries, sought to recover upon a policy of life insurance issued by the defendant upon the life of their son, William L. Baugh, in the sum of $1,000. A jury trial resulted in a verdict for plaintiffs, James and Rosalie Baugh. Defendant appealed from the ensuing judgment to the St. Louis Court of Appeals.
