This is an appeal by plaintiff wife from a judgment dismissing her suit for divorce based upon inhuman treatment. Plaintiff and defendant were married October 14, 1955. Both were in their early forties and each had previous experience with marriage and divorce, plaintiff with one spouse and defendant with two.
