WALKER v. CITY OF TAMPA

93 So.2d 862 (1957)

W.A. WALKER, Jr., Sumner Littlefield and T. Velie McFarland, as Trustees of Frances Avenue Advent Christian Church of Tampa, Florida, a voluntary association, Appellants, v. CITY OF TAMPA, a municipal corporation, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Florida, Special Division A.

March 22, 1957.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Charles F. Blake, Tampa, for appellants.

Ralph A. Marsicano, Neil C. McMullen and William R. McCown, Tampa, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Appellants by their complaint assaulted an ordinance of the City of Tampa amending the municipal zoning ordinance. The trial judge entered a final decree on the pleadings in favor of the appellee city.

Much could be written with reference to the contentions of the opposing parties. In so doing we would contribute little to what has been previously written on the subject. We find the case controlled by our decisions in City of Miami Beach v.
