On June 22, 1954, Felix Courington, hereinafter called claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation stating that while employed by the Mid-Continent Pipe Line Company, hereinafter called petitioner, he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of employment on March 26, 1954.
