On June 22, 1954, Felix Courington, hereinafter called claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation stating that while employed by the Mid-Continent Pipe Line Company, hereinafter called petitioner, he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of employment on March 26, 1954. The State Industrial Commission entered an award on the 14th day of November, 1955...
