The offense is aggravated assault with a motor vehicle as denounced by Article 1149, Vernon's Ann.P.C.; the punishment, one month in jail and a fine of $100.

The witness Harle, inspector for the Highway Department, testified that he and his assistants were surveying for the construction of a new bridge, and, in the course of doing so, they stopped the south bound traffic in order to let the north bound traffic cross the old bridge...
