Plaintiff sues for losses resulting from alleged misrepresentations by defendant in a contract for operation of a cafeteria concession supervised and controlled by the Veterans Administration.

Defendant has moved for summary judgment dismissing the petition for the reasons that (1) any claim based upon contract VA-B2-36, dated April 1, 1947, is barred by the statute of limitations and (2) with respect to contract V2002SR-1, dated June 7, 1948...
