HIGGINS, Justice.

The defendants assign as error the refusal of the court to allow the motion for nonsuit. The plaintiff testified there was a mist of ran falling; that he entered the intersection at about 20 miles per hour; that he looked, did not see any impeding traffic; when he looked again he saw the defendants' car 15 feet to his left; that the front of the Gray car hit the plaintiffs' car about midway between the left wheels. The plaintiff, without objection...
