This is an action by Amos M. Sears, plaintiff and appellee, against the City of Omaha, a municipal corporation, defendant and appellant, to recover workmen's compensation on account of an accidental injury alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff growing out of and in the course of employment by the city.
