This suit was brought for infringement and contributory infringement of United States Reissue Patent No. 23,742 which was issued to Rohm and Haas Company, assignee of William F. Hester, deceased, on November 24, 1953, on an application filed October 24, 1952. The original patent, No. 2,317,765, was issued to Hester, assignor, to Rohm and Haas Company on April 27, 1943, on an application filed August 20, 1941. The original patent made claims to...
