This is an appeal from a judgment for the defendants. Plaintiffs sought to impress a trust upon an 87 1/2 percent interest in oil and gas leases that were entrusted to Gillan, one of the defendants, under a declaration of trust; or, in the alternative to have a judgment for damages in lieu thereof for the reasonable value of their interest in the leases under the trust.
