This is a plea of privilege case. Wilson Manufacturing Company, Inc., brought suit in Wichita County against the French Drilling & Well Service for slightly in excess of $8,000, representing the value of items sold and services rendered, plus attorney's fees. In said plaintiff's original petition there was no allegation that the services rendered were performed in Wichita County.
