CARLILE, Justice.

This action was brought to recover the balance due for services rendered defendant by the plaintiffs as attorneys. The record discloses that on a Saturday evening in September, 1954 plaintiff Lee went to the home of defendant and conferred with him and his wife relative to filing a divorce action.
