These two consolidated appeals present the question of whether a judgment of a probate court, rendered in a proceeding appointing an administrator of a decedent's estate following proper notice to all interested persons and upon evidence in support of a petition for administration, finding that the decedent died intestate and a resident of that county, which judgment was not vacated, set aside or appealed...
