This matter arises out of an injury sustained on Oct. 31, 1953 by Lyle N. Gullickson, claimant and respondent, while employed in Harry's Meat Market in Fargo, North Dakota. Harry's Meat Market was covered by the Workmen's Compensation Fund. The injury occurred when the claimant, in the course of his employment, slipped and fell.
