The claimant was employed as a painter and suffered injuries when he fell from a scaffold. Prior to the accident, the claimant had been hard of hearing for several years and this had been known to the employer. The employer found it necessary to speak to him louder than he did to other persons but the claimant's work as a painter was not otherwise affected.
