Ruby Pruitt sued Louisiana & Arkansas Railway Company for personal injuries and for damage to her automobile sustaned in a collision with one of defendant's trains at the intersection of Gilmer Street with the tracks of defendant in the city of Sulphur Springs, Texas, which collision occurred in the daytime on February 12, 1955.
