On June 22, 1954, the circuit court of Marshall County, in equity, granted a divorce to Viola Jackson Jordan from Elmer A. Jordan. In the decree the court confirmed an agreement between the parties concerning the care, custody and control of their two minor children, Elmer, Jr., and Gary. The agreement provided for the mother's custody during the school term and the father's custody during the school vacation...
