The parties to this case were divorced by decree entered in the trial court on December 13, 1954. On the 8th of December preceding they entered into a property settlement agreement which by its terms indicated that it was prepared in accordance with an oral understanding, reached in court, which allowed defendant to proceed on her cross bill.
