B. Perlin, defendant in the lower court, seeks by this writ of error to reverse a judgment for $10,000 entered on a verdict finding him guilty of negligence in permitting a 1,100 pound, "mixed-breed" Brahma heifer to escape from his stockyard and injure Norman Chappell, plaintiff in the trial court.

Defendant's first contention is that the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict.<...
