Plaintiff sued to recover damages for the alleged failure of defendant Copeland Milnes Wool Company1 to carry out the terms of its agency contracts with the Commodity Credit Corporation,2 in omitting to collect payment for the sale of government wool at the time of delivery. The district court, sitting without a jury, rendered judgment for defendants. Plaintiff appeals.
