This action was brought by Walter Nolan Smith, an infant, and his father, Francis W. Smith, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when the child was struck by a truck being driven by the appellee. The jury returned a verdict for the defendant. The only questions on appeal relate to the court's instructions to the jury.
