This is a criminal complaint charging the defendant with larceny of personal property valued at $79.05. It was instituted in the district court of the sixth judicial district where he was found guilty and thereafter he appealed to the superior court. In that court the defendant waived a jury trial and was again found guilty. He thereupon prosecuted his bill of exceptions to this court.
