This is an appeal from a judgment quieting title in certain parcels of land in Carbon County in respondents, plaintiffs below. Appellants are Carbon County and individuals who were plaintiffs in intervention. The dispute is confined to a roadway extending from what is known as the Joliet-Columbus Road across part of the respondents' land to what is known as Joliet-Cole Creek Road.
