HOBSON, Justice.

This appeal is prosecuted from judgment and sentence entered consequent upon a verdict of guilty of second degree murder.

The sole question which we deem it necessary to discuss is whether or not the evidence is sufficient to support the verdict. Decedent, James Patterson, was employed in the boiler room of a crate factory in Jasper, Florida. He had a history of absenteeism, was apparently rather sickly, and drank somewhat heavily.
