The plaintiff-appellant filed this suit to recover damages which she allegedly sustained as a result of misrepresentations in connection with a purchase of property. At the pretrial hearing the defendants moved to dismiss the complaint on the ground that the plaintiff's testimony taken on deposition failed to show that she suffered any damage as a result of the purchase.
