This is an action of unlawful entry and detainer brought by the appellees, Cecil Leslie and Mrs. Lorrie Leslie, as plaintiffs, against the appellants, Albert Martin and Mrs. Nellie Adams Martin, as defendants, to recover the possession of certain land in Jackson County.
