This proceeding was instituted by Charles Edward Brown, as administrator of the estate of Daisy Brown, deceased, and in his own right, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against Carrie Hargraves, seeking instruction and guidance of the court in the settlement of the estate committed to his hands.
