These three actions arose out of a collision which occurred 1:30 A.M., April 15, 1955 on Laskin Road, also known as Highway 164, Princess Anne County, Virginia, between a motor vehicle owned and operated by Elton L. Clark and a motor vehicle operated by Marty Kimnach in which her husband Charles Kimnach was a passenger.
