CONDON, Justice.

This is an action of assumpsit on an insurance policy which was tried before a justice of the superior court sitting without a jury and resulted in a decision for the plaintiff. The case is here on the defendant's bill of exceptions containing an exception to such decision and other exceptions taken to rulings during the trial. However, the defendant briefed and argued only the exception to the decision....
