Plaintiff-respondent brought this action to recover a judgment for the reasonable value of legal services rendered to defendant-appellant. We shall refer to appellant as Friesleben. Respondent sued as an assignee for collection. She obtained a judgment in the sum of $10,000, together with interest thereon at the rate of 7 per cent per annum from a date prior to judgment, the interest amounting to $1,625.49.
