The plaintiff in 1948 was connected with a firm which repaired bottle cases for the defendant, and thereafter set up his own shop to do this work, which kept him and two men working steadily. There was a decrease in the shipment of cases to the plaintiff for repair and the plaintiff complained to one Soble, president of the defendant. Soble urged the plaintiff to continue and assured him that business would increase...
