1. The plaintiff brought this action to recover for personal injuries suffered in a collision of his personally operated automobile and a bus owned and operated by the defendant. The collision occurred at the intersection of N.E. Alberta street and N.E. 27th avenue in the city of Portland. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant and the plaintiff has appealed.
