By this proceeding in mandamus the petitioner, city of Walnut Creek, seeks to compel the city treasurer to issue certain bonds. The bonds were authorized to be issued pursuant to the Limited Obligation Bond Law of 1955 (Stats. 1955, ch. 1847; Gov. Code, §§ 43648-43702).
