This is the second appearance of this case here. On the former appeal there was involved the title to the Assembly of God Church at 20th and Broadway, Little Rock, Arkansas, Sellers v. Brown, 225 Ark. 989, 287 S.W.2d 471, 472. In that case we held in effect that the Reverend Sellers appellant, was a trustee for the church and that title to said property was in the church.
