In an information filed by the district attorney of Los Angeles County, defendant was charged in two counts with violations of section 288 of the Penal Code. A prior conviction of a felony, issuing checks without sufficient funds, and for which defendant served a term of imprisonment in the state prison, was also alleged, and subsequently admitted.
