This is an application for leave to appeal from the denial of a writ of habeas corpus by Judge Raine, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Petitioner pleaded guilty to six charges of larceny of six different automobiles, and on February 6, 1956, was sentenced by Judge Carter, in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, to eight years in each case, to run concurrently.
